about us

since 2014 simple+effective has been transforming lives by helping people become better leaders, recruiters, sales staff, team-players, communicators, motivators, students, and teachers. we have been helping using our profiling assessments and training and coaching tools. we take people on a journey from where they are, professionally or personally, to where they want to be. we never impose limits on anyone and we do see beyond the obvious. we empower our clients to liberate their potential, learn how to use their natural abilities, and understand that the only person between their dreams or needs and making these come true are themselves. we partnered with top international behavioural experts - PeopleKeys and the Institute for Motivational Living, who have been successfully unlocking human potential for the past 35 years, using techniques validated by international research and practice. we provide coaching, consulting, and trainings for both youth and professionals. we help students, teachers, and educators to prepare students for university and work so that they have the best personal and professional start possible. we guide professionals so that they excel at what they do accomplish what they aspire to and to make their organisations grow. life, as we see it, is a two-way street. we learn, grow, inspire, and get inspired together with our clients, no matter how old they are.
